Stupid F*ckin' Snow

As I mentioned in the previous post it has been snowing here for 7 weeks, not 7 weeks straight, although it feels that way. (we have had at least one day of snow every week for 7 weeks) It's supposed to snow for another 2 days. Enough already!!

So I know I've been gone for something like 69 days, (not to mention the 43 days before that) but I think I'm ready to take on the blog once again. I can't promise daily like before but... we'll see.

Lets start with a little catch up...

Nick and I have been together for 8 months now. Yay!! Everyone who knows us, knows what a feat this is. We had a bit of a rocky start.

I have changed jobs after 6 years at the hospital and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am. I'm not responsible for anyone anymore and damn it feels good. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side.

It has snowed here at least one day every week for 6 weeks now. I'm soooo tired of snow and cold. I know, I know, I live in Colorado, but trust me it's been years since it's snowed like this. We haven't seen the dead grass for weeks now.

I have to go bake some peanut butter cookies for our friend Jon's birthday tonight. See ya!
